Winmo is based in Dublin, Ireland. Winmo gives buyers an AI agent that answers their questions after a sales call. For anything about your data, email sergei@winmo.ai.
When a seller sends you a link to their agent, that conversation belongs to your dealings with them. The seller decides how it is used, and Winmo handles it on their behalf. The seller sees the questions asked on their link so they can follow up. You are never asked to sign up, and anyone you forward the link to gets their own private conversation.
On servers in Germany, in the EU. Backups are made every night, encrypted, and stored off-site in Western Europe. Everything travels over an encrypted connection.
Our website and chat sit behind Cloudflare, a network security provider. Requests pass through Cloudflare on their way to our servers, so that attacks and junk traffic can be filtered out before they arrive. Cloudflare is a US company that operates worldwide. Conversations and documents are kept on our servers in Germany, as described above.
Answers are generated by established AI model providers under their commercial terms. The text needed to answer a question is sent to the provider to produce the answer. Winmo never uses your data to train AI models. The list of providers we use is available on request.
For as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, and no longer once you ask us to delete it. Deleted data also leaves our backups as they roll off on their schedule.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted, at any time. Email sergei@winmo.ai. If you are not happy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
