What these cover

These terms cover this website and the agent at agent.winmo.ai. Winmo is in beta. A company that becomes a customer gets its own agreement when it joins, and that agreement is what governs its use of the product.

Using the website and the agent

• You are welcome to ask our agent anything about Winmo.
• Please do not try to break it, overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.
• The agent answers from Winmo's own material and passes on what it cannot answer. It can still be wrong. Anything commercial, such as a price, a discount or a contract term, only counts once our team has confirmed it in writing.

Pricing and features shown

The plans, prices and screens on this website describe where the product is and where it is going, and may change. They are not an offer you can accept by using the site. What you get, and what you pay, is set out in your agreement with us.

Other companies' names

The company names shown in the example screens on this website are illustrations of how an agent can be branded. They belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean those companies are customers of Winmo, or that they endorse it.

No guarantees during beta

The website and the agent are provided as they are while Winmo is in beta, without a guarantee that they will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Winmo is not liable for losses that come from relying on them.

Ownership

The Winmo name, the product and the content of this website belong to Winmo. What you type into the chat stays yours.
